Before you enroll
Do you give legal advice on contracts?
No. We provide decision support and plain-language explanations. Contract review for binding legal opinions belongs with a German employment lawyer.
How many offers can we model?
Up to three live offers in the standard studio. A fourth can be added for an additional informational fee if timing allows.
What is a real limitation of this program?
We do not model highly customized US-style equity plans with multi-jurisdiction tax complexity. Those cases need a specialist tax advisor alongside our scorecard — we will say so early if your package looks that complex.
How fast can we start?
Most clients begin within three business days of intake when they already hold letters. Tight deadlines (under 72 hours) may fit Counteroffer Clinic better.
