Refunds

Eligibility

Refunds are available when you cancel within the timeframe below or when we cancel a program for reasons on our side. Changing your mind after substantial deliverables have been provided may result in a partial refund only.

Timeframe

You may cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before the first scheduled live session, provided no written scorecard or memo work has already been delivered. Requests after that window are reviewed under partial-refund rules.

Full refund conditions

A full refund applies if (a) you cancel within the 48-hour window with no deliverables issued, or (b) we cancel the engagement and cannot offer a suitable reschedule within 14 days.

Partial refund conditions

If Modules 01–02 of Offer Decision Framework (or equivalent work in Decision Circle) are complete, we may refund up to 40% of the fee for unused later modules. Signal Check sessions that have already occurred are not partially refundable.

Non-refundable items

Third-party costs you incur separately (legal counsel, tax advice, translation) are never refunded by Systemlayerpath. Completed one-off briefings and documents already issued in final form are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email hello@systemlayerpath.digital with your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and outline the refund calculation.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days of confirmation.

Refund method

Refunds are returned via the original payment method used for the invoice (bank transfer or card processor). We do not issue cash refunds at the office.

Cancellation by client

You may cancel by email. Missed sessions without 24 hours’ notice may be marked as delivered for scheduling purposes.

Exceptions

Statutory rights that apply to consumers in Germany remain unaffected. If a mandatory cooling-off right applies to your distance contract, we will honor it as required by law.
